I remember pre-computer days too, Kerfe. But it wasn’t until later in life that I’d wished I asked grandparents more about their life experiences. It didn’t dawn on me until they were gone.

That is so true. I’ve managed to find out a lot from my mother’s cousin, though, who I connected with when my mother died and I was going through her address book to tell people. But she too regrets all that she doesn’t know.
